How do I join Wushu Ireland and IMAC?

You need to fill out the below two forms and email them as attachment to the below email address:

membership@wushuireland.ie

Membership fee - 50 EUR annually.

Requirements:

Please make note of the following mandatory requirements for attaining the IMAC and Wushu memberships.

● You need to engage fully with the IMAC National Vetting Program.

● Every Instructor in every club to maintain full Insurance cover in place at all times.

● Every instructor in every club to be first-aid trained.

If you train children, then below also apply:

● Need To attend a Code of Ethics for Young People in Sport workshop Safeguarding 1.

● Every Instructor in every club to appoint a Club Children's Officer and that person to attend a Club Children’s Officer training Safeguarding 2.

● 1 Children’s Officer for every Club to attain an IMAC Level 1 Martial Arts Coaching award.

● Requirement to develop a Safe, Fun and Child-centered training environment for young people who wish to learn and practice Martial Arts.

● We enable clubs to attend official International Wushu Federation Tournaments.

● We help in Vetting instructors.

● We provide a framework of safeguarding to protect children in our clubs.

● We ensure all instructors are first aid trained. If not we help them in getting one.

● We ensure all clubs have adequate insurance, and guide them as required.
